Frequently asked questions
When do I pay?
After we review and accept your request, we confirm the price and delivery timeframe and send a Venmo Business payment request. Full payment is required before design work begins.
How many changes can I request?
The Basic package includes one minor revision round; Premium, 3-page and 5-page packages include two rounds; the 10-page package includes three. Each round is one consolidated list of reasonable changes across the order. Additional rounds are $5 each; major redesigns are quoted separately. Errors on our part are corrected at no charge.
Are these printed books?
Custom creations are digital printable PDFs, not physical products. Our separately published coloring books are available in print through Amazon.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available before custom design work begins. Once work starts, purchases are generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable law. If we cannot complete the order, we refund it. Our own errors are corrected at no charge.
How do you protect my photos?
We only need photos to create the requested design. Do not email sensitive images through an unsecured channel. Before launch, a secure photo-upload process, retention policy, and privacy notice must be established. Customer artwork is not displayed publicly without separate express permission.
How soon will my order arrive?
We'll confirm the delivery date after reviewing the scope and before requesting payment.
